Yes, Shell Energy accepts returns, but they don’t do exchanges. Any returned item must be unused, undamaged and in its original condition. Damaged items can also be refunded within 30 days of delivery. If you experience issues with the product after this time, you’ll need to get in touch with the manufacturer.
