ᐅ What is the Whirli returns and refunds policy?
Returning a toy when it is no longer wanted is part of the terms of your subscription, so doesn’t entitle you to a refund. It does, however, allow you to then select another toy to be delivered to you of equal token value, so your little ones will never get bored with what they are playing with.
If you have elected to purchase a hired toy, the company then does not accept returns, refunds or swaps.
ᐅ What happens if I break or damage a toy?
If you break or damage a toy when it is in your care, you will be charged a fee that the company deems fair and equal to the value of the diminution of the toy. You won't be charged the full price of the toy, as it is taken into consideration that the toy has had some wear and tear already, and wouldn't be worth its original amount.
ᐅ How many times can I swap my toys?
You can swap your toys as many times as you want, be that multiple times a month or only a few times a year. You can only have one active order, return or swap at a time, and you won't be able to place another until your return is complete. The delivery booster gives you unlimited swaps and returns for an extra £6 a month.
