Did you know that In 2014, Garden Organic distributed 24,000 packets of heritage seeds to members? They also manage Food Growing Schools London, which encourages every school in London to grow food to improve pupils attainment, health and well-being, and develop closer links between schools and their local communities. The charity delivers horticultural therapy to build confidence, improve communication, facilitate learning and ultimately provide healthy food to support a wide variety of physical and mental health conditions. One of their latest projects involves working with dementia patients and their carers.
