Free repairs

All Dower and Hall items come with a free one-year guarantee, meaning you won’t need to spend money on replacement items. This means Dower and Hall will happily repair any item free of charge if it has been damaged under normal conditions of wear and you still gave proof of purchase. They won’t fix the item if the damage has been caused by misuse and negligence.

Dower and Hall have a handy size guide which will allow you to get exactly the correct size necklace, bracelet, bangle or ring. Because all the jewellery is handmade to order in their London studio, they can easily alter ring sizes, change clasps and adjust the lengths of necklaces, pendants or bracelets to make your purchase perfect for you. This size chart is available on the website’s bottom menu.

Gift wrapping options

To make your jewellery gift purchase even more special, you can choose to have your new purchase packaged in one of Dower and Hall’s soft-touch travel pouches or a ribboned gift box. You can choose the right option for you when you purchase the item.

Are you 18 or over and have at least 1000 followers on Instagram? You could be a brand ambassador for Dower and Hall.
